In case of any irregularities, please fill in the report for sending the device for servicing and attach it to the device which is the subject of the complaint.

The products usually come with a 36-month manufacturer’s warranty unless the offer or licence agreement states otherwise. Any paid inspection carried out shall extend the warranty period by 12 months. |

The warranty is granted for a period of up to 60 months for fee of 3% of the product value. |

Ten-year warranty for selected devices only. After an additional payment of 3% of the value of the product, a 60-month warranty is granted, which is extended by another 60 months after a paid inspection within 48 to 60 months from the date of sale. |
